Standard products ship fast. But most importers eventually need something non-standard — a specific wire diameter, an unusual panel height, a custom PVC colour, or their own brand on the packaging. We handle all of it from the same factory floor with no tooling premium for orders above MOQ.
OEM orders are fully confidential. We do not reference Yishuo branding on packaging, documentation or shipping marks unless you request it.
Non-standard panel heights, widths and mesh apertures manufactured to millimetre tolerance. No tooling surcharge above MOQ.
Any RAL colour available for orders of 500 m² or more. Standard RAL 6005, 9005, 8017, 7016 and 9010 held in stock.
Custom packaging, swing tags, labels and documentation in your brand name. Full confidentiality — we never reference Yishuo on OEM orders.
We manufacture to EN, BS, AS, ASTM and regional standards. Provide your specification sheet and we'll confirm compliance before sampling.
How a custom or OEM order works
Share dimensions, wire spec, finish, quantity and destination via our enquiry form or WhatsApp. Drawings welcome.
We review feasibility and send a full itemised FOB quote with lead time confirmation within one business day.
A 500 × 500 mm production sample is dispatched for your inspection and sign-off before full production begins.
Full production runs after 30% deposit. In-line QC checks at wire drawing, welding, coating and packing stages.
Goods shipped on balance payment. Full documentation pack (invoice, packing list, BL, CO, MTC) issued with every shipment — including OEM-branded documents if required.
