There is no strict minimum — we accept orders from a single 20ft container upward. For samples, we can ship 1–10 pieces via courier. For regular stock items (chain link, barbed wire, temp fence panels) we can often accommodate less-than-container loads.
Stock items dispatch within 3 working days. Standard production orders take 15–25 days depending on volume. OEM / custom orders may take 25–40 days. Sea freight to Europe is typically 28–35 days, Middle East 18–25 days, Australia 20–30 days.
Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit + 70% T/T before shipment. For established clients we can discuss 30% + 70% against Bill of Lading copy. We also accept L/C at sight for larger orders (typically USD 50,000+). Western Union and PayPal available for samples only.
Yes — custom panel sizes, non-standard wire gauges, bespoke powder-coat colours (RAL matching available) and private label / OEM branding. Minimum for custom production is typically one 20ft container per SKU. Send a drawing, sample or spec sheet and we'll confirm feasibility within 12 hours.
Our factory holds ISO 9001:2015 and products are CE marked to the EN 10223 series. Third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas is available on request at no extra charge for orders over 1 × 40HQ. Mill certificates, zinc-coat reports and packing lists are included with every shipment.
Yes. Standard product samples are sent free of charge — you cover the courier cost. Samples are typically ready within 7–10 working days. For custom spec samples, a small sample fee may apply which is deducted from your first production order.
